Either party may terminate a service engagement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, we will cease all active campaigns. No refunds will be issued for ad spend already deployed, as that spend is managed directly through your Meta account.
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any applicant at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or Meta's advertising policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
